Our clinic is looking to add to our growing team! Veterinarians who are interested in strengthening their basic vet skills and developing their interests in Cat & Dog medicine (& limited exotics: Rabbits/ Guinea pigs/ Hamsters) in a supportive environment and who are willing to give their best efforts for 1-2 years contract service.
Requirements
- Possesses a D.V.M, BVSc, B.V.M qualification or equivalent
- Registered under Malaysia Veterinary Council (MVC) with valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
- Contract
- Fresh graduated are most welcome
- Likes to learn, not afraid to say "I don't know", Creative & Dependable
- Consulting (Primary problems & referrals/ 2nd opinions)
- Surgery (neuters, soft tissue)
- Maintaining accurate & updated records
- Overseeing in-patient & following up on out-patient cases
- Occasional Emergency, Afterhours ICU & Overnight
- Occasional Housecalls (Voluntary)
- Attending relevant CPD courses & sharing knowledge with Team
- Assist in support staff training Involved in in-house discussions, learning & sharing
Business Hours
Normal shift: 9am - 6pm, 1 hour rest
Typical duty pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off (Negotiable)
Afterhours/ Housecalls: voluntary extra income (commission)

- 2 consult rooms, Ward consists of 8 stainless steel cages & 2 large dog kennels
- Inhouse Lab: Microscopy (Cytology/ smears), VCheck analyzer, IDEXX CBC & Biochemistry, Digital X-ray, Abdominal Ultrasound, Endoscopy (imaging only), Dental unit & sink, Dedicated surgery room, Isoflurane Vaporizer, Electrocautery, Cryosurgery. Oxygen Concentrator.
