VetCheck is a global veterinary software platform helping hundreds of vet clinics improve pet healthcare and streamline their workflows. We've grown rapidly and are expanding our team to support clinics across the globe.

What You'll Do
Run online training sessions, product demos, and webinars for vet clinics
Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics
Manage your pipeline using our CRM
Hit weekly and monthly KPIs for client engagement and sales
Generate leads through outreach and social media
Requirements
1+ year experience in a veterinary clinic (vet, vet nurse, or clinic admin)
1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or account management
Comfortable using software and learning new systems
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Full-Time or Part-time (3-4 days/week)
Self-motivated and don't need to be chased
Organised and can manage multiple clients at once
Friendly on the phone and naturally empathetic
Resilient when things get busy
Genuinely interested in helping clinics succeed
Business Hours
Standard 8 hours, no weekend
